25th Hour
I finally saw Spike Lee’s 25th Hour last night and I must admit I am extremely impressed. What a beautifully conceived and disturbing story about a man trying to change his life during the course of his last day before being sent to prison for 7 years. Its bleak, stylistic and wonderfully acted, not just from Norton in the lead but also from the entire supporting cast (which includes Philip Seymour Hoffman, Barry Pepper and Rosario Dawson). Its an incredible, disturbing film that I highly recommend.
